Christmas Gift Ideas – Prestige Christmas Hampers
I remember a time when planning Christmas gifts was a doddle. I had a list for everyone and acquired items throughout the year to make the most of good deals. After having a baby, I somehow seem to have no time for any adulting. This year I put off thinking about “the list” until I received the opportunity to review the Prestige Christmas Hamper. I wasn’t told which hamper I would receive so I was wonderfully surprised to pick up this giant Christmassy box. Turns out it’s their “Best of Christmas” hamper. I had a little helper to open it though he was more interested in the packaging (which was good as I had no intention of sharing my goodies just yet).
What’s in the box?
My Prestige Christmas Hamper contained 17 delicious looking items that I just can’t wait to tuck into. They were packaged in layers so there was the added excitement of discovering what was to come under the gorgeous purple paper.
Everything in the hamper looked beautiful and tempting. I would have been pleased to receive as a present from someone. However, if like me, you prefer a more exotic container like a wicker basket or a wooden box then you can find various other options on their website. There’s also a good range of hampers to suit all budgets and all occasions.
The list of items my hamper include:
This really is a no-brainer for those hard to buy people or those who already have everything. I have considered creating my own hampers but the time to source the items and numerous attempts it’d take me to package it nicely really puts me off so for now I’m be going down the already-done-for-me route.
Other things to note
- The box and packaging make great play items for a toddler
- The white wine is amazing. Well, according to my other half who really likes white wine. Unfortunately being pregnant means that the wine is out of the question but I’ll be working my way through everything else.
- The packaging, where possible is made from environmentally friendly packaging.
I was sent this free hamper for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
