The Growing Dad and I are meeting for lunch this week at the Wildwood Restaurant as I picked up a voucher during our work’s Christmas meal. I am really looking forward to it as we may not have that many lunch dates when I start maternity leave.

What are you cooking this week? Head over to Katykicker and The Organised Life Project or the previous weeks’ menu for more inspiration.

Love the idea of doing this as a blog post – I’m quite bad at meal prep, but writing it down in public would be a great way for me to stick to it!

I wish I was this organised! I am trying to use the slow cooker most days and we always make sure that we use up our leftovers but a meal plan would be so useful when we just can’t think what to eat – which is frequently!!!
