That’s the meal plan for this week. We got a slow cooker for Christmas with a recipe book so some of the meals will be cooked in there. Other half is weirdly excited about it so I’ve left him in charge of the slow cooker meals (Fish pie & Bolognese). Some of the dinners are also lunches during the week so we double or triple the portions accordingly – especially if freezing too.

What are you cooking this week? If you are stuck for inspiration, head over to Katykicker and The Organised Life Project for more ideas.

List is definitely good when shopping. Doesn’t stop me buying extras but I stand a better chance of remembering the essentials 😁

I find it a bit weird to not see breakfast on the list, as it is definitely the most important meal for me and I can’t go without it.
On another side, I’m so eager to try a slow cooker. Need to get one too!

Breakfast is usually cereal or something on toast. We eat at work so only need to feed toddler. Not exciting for the meal plan I figured hahaha. I wish I could do fancy breakfast dishes but no time for that really

This is a brilliant meal plan! I love meal planning but I never really think about lunch, beyond having a few ideas in the cupboard. Thanks for linking up!

I have to provide meals for toddler to take to nursery (I refuse to pay £6 a day for his meals and snacks unless I have to) so we have to plan lunches. Also means us parents spend less buying everyday so only have to get something when I can’t be bothered.
